In this workshop we will be going over the phases of our menstrual cycle. Cycle syncing can help with a variety of "problems" women have with their cycles, such as PMS. It could also help with endometriosis, PMDD, PCOS, adenomyosis, and much more. We will discuss the 4 phases. There will be food/exercise recommendations for each phase. These rituals include but are not limited to breathwork, meditation, movement, chakra work, shadow work, bon(e)fires, feasts, rites of passage, witch wound work, sistar wound work. This one-hour class offers a variety of self-care practices to help bring our minds and bodies into alignment. Yoga will be in every class and is for all levels, modifications for beginners and advanced students will be offered. Practices may include but not be limited to yoga, meditation, reiki, dance, self-massage, grounding, adrenal twists, drumming, sound bowls, breathwork, or chakra work. Please bring a yoga mat, 2 blankets, water bottle, journal and pen. If you need props such as yoga blocks, bolsters, or straps please bring those as well.
