
We will be going over the phases in our menstrual cycle. We will discuss the 4 phases. There will be food/exercise recommendations for each phase. We will practice yoga, meditation, breathwork and self-massage. Please bring a yoga mat, 2 yoga blocks (or 2 thick books), 2 blankets, a journal and pen and a water bottle.
