
In this workshop we will be going over the phases of our menstrual cycle. Cycle syncing can help with a variety of "problems" women have with their cycles, such as PMS. It could also help with endometriosis, PMDD, PCOS, adenomyosis, and much more. We will discuss the 4 phases. There will be food/exercise recommendations for each phase. We will practice yoga, meditation, breathwork and self-massage. Please bring a yoga mat, 2 yoga blocks (or 2 thick books), 2 blankets, a journal and pen and a water bottle.
