
This one-hour class offers a variety of self-care practices to help bring our minds and bodies into alignment. Yoga will be in every class and is for all levels, modifications for beginners and advanced students will be offered. Practices may include but not be limited to yoga, meditation, reiki, dance, self-massage, grounding, adrenal twists, drumming, sound bowls, breathwork, or chakra work. Please bring a yoga mat, 2 blankets, water bottle, journal and pen. If you need props such as yoga blocks, bolsters, or straps please bring those as well. There will be limited materials available for borrow. This is a FREE class for library patrons. Please register, click pay later and sign the provided waiver.
