February 2026 Newsletter
Welcome back Beautiful Souls,
Aah February. The coldest month in Michigan, usually. But also, the month of love. The upcoming Valentine’s Day can make some people feel sad. Sad, that they are alone. Please sit with those emotions and see why you feel this way. Release any emotions that come up for you. If you need to cry, do that. If you need to rage, do that. After you have expressed these emotions. Then fill in this time by seeing what you can do to totally love on yourself. Practice self-care every day. Why not have a 28-day self-care challenge and see what you can come up with each day to spend at least a half hour loving on yourself. Maybe take a hot bath with bubbles, candles and aromatherapy. Check out the Wild Earth Wisdom store for natural bath salts and soaks. Or commit to a half hour yoga practice daily. Spend time snuggling with your significant, your child or your pet. Take a brisk walk in the cold air. Our store also offers our cycle syncing program with 4 classes aligned with each phase of women’s cycles, offered individually or as a program. Or even take a nap. For some ideas outside the house check out our events for this month. We have a variety of things planned such as a workshop to learn more about women’s cyclical bodies, puppy yoga or a New Moon ritual in sisterhood. We also have at the end of each of our newsletters (which you can find old newsletter on our website) book recommendations if you’d like to snuggle up and learn a new topic. These recommendations range from cycle syncing, to endometriosis, to menopause and young ladies first cycles. I hope you find time to love on yourself this month. Bonus points if you find a half hour a day.
With love,
Denielle
