Welcome back beautiful soul family!  I hope the transition into the school year has been easy.  We are finally arriving in autumn and hopefully the cooler weather will grace us soon.  We are also entering the spooky month of October, where the veil between worlds is thin.  I hope you take some time to honor your ancestors as well as have some spooky fun with the kiddos. Either enjoying some Halloween parties or travelling to your local apple orchard, I hope you enjoy the festivities of this spooky season.  You know what else is spooky? Not remembering to practice self-care daily.  So, as always, I have some self-care offerings for you.

Mondays October 13th, 20th and 27th and November 3rd at 6 PM-Cycle Syncing Somatic Program at the Lincoln Park Public Library 1381 Southfield Rd. Sunday October 12th from 5-9 PM-Red Tent co-facilitation with Priestess Ishtara Shekura.  This offering is donation based and you must sign up by DM with @priestess_temple-holygates.  This offering is limited to 12 sisters. 

Saturday October 18th at 11AM-1230 PM-This Ain’t your Momma’s Health Class at the Lincoln Park Public Library1381 Southfield Rd. I also would love to offer you a book recommendation, that I found helpful.  These are books on women's health. 

Book 1: The Vagina Bible:  The Vulva and the Vagina:  Separating the Myth from the Medicine by Dr. Jen Gunter (While I highly recommend reading this as there is a lot of great information in here, there are things I do not agree with.  Always listen to your intuition when reading books and do not practice anything that is not a “YES!” to your body.)
