Welcome back beautiful soul family and happy long weekend.  Do you believe it is already time for the kiddos to go back to school?  WOW! Where did the summer go.  I can already feel the autumn in the air, can you?  Generally during this time of year, we are starting to hustle around with the littles getting them to school and clubs, practices, and games. We tend to neglect ourselves a bit as we settle back into the school year and after that all the holidays start rolling in starting with Halloween, Thanksgiving and then Christmas!  Ikr, I do not even want to think about that yet.  But I did want to say a gentle reminder to practice self-care every day.  With that in mind, please join me for one of my workshops, classes, programs, ceremonies, or events.

Saturday September 6th at 6 PM-Co-ed Full Moon Ceremony Ypsilanti residence, must register for full address.
